Shipping & Delivery Policy
Digital service, no physical shipping. Your BenchPilot Basic or Pro plan is activated instantly on your BenchPilot account after payment.
What you receive
BenchPilot is a Chrome extension. When you pay while signed in to your BenchPilot account, the plan you bought (Basic or Pro) is switched on for that account, and on every device where you sign in. There is no key to paste and nothing to download. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charges apply.
Delivery time
Your plan activates instantly once Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few seconds. The Upgrade page in the extension refreshes automatically; if it does not, reopen the extension.
If your plan does not appear
- Make sure you are signed in to the same BenchPilot account you paid from, and reopen the extension.
- Wait a few minutes: bank and UPI confirmations can occasionally be delayed.
- If your plan has not appeared within 15 minutes, contact us at nicklennox30@gmail.com with your account email and Razorpay payment ID (starts with
pay_). We will activate your plan or, if we cannot, reverse the charge (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
